Meet Carlos
Hi, I'm Carlos. I serve as both a pastor and someone who walks closely with Christian business owners. Over the years I have come to the realization the marketplace was never meant to exist separate from the work of God. Businesses often become places where leadership, stewardship, and faith are lived out through everyday responsibility.
I work alongside business owners who sense their calling goes beyond profit or performance but are still discerning what that looks like in how they lead. Many leaders carry significant responsibility yet rarely have space to slow down and process decisions with someone who understands both faith and business.
Through honest conversation, reflection on Scripture, and the leading of the Holy Spirit these discussions create space to seek wisdom, gain clarity, and allow God to shape both the leader and the work entrusted to them

For more than a decade I have served in pastoral ministry, and over the past several years I have had the privilege of walking closely with Christian business owners as they navigate the responsibility of leadership.
In those conversations I have seen that many leaders do not lack ambition or strategy.
What they often lack is space to step back and seek wisdom about how their faith should shape the way they lead.
The foundation for these conversations is not my personal philosophy, but the authority of Scripture.
